FIBRE BASED CREASING MATRIX
• Made from vulcanised fibre and able to withstand over 120,000 impressions
• Maximum accuracy guaranteed of the channel width and shoulder height
• Routed out channel and made as a single piece matrix
• Produced in both boxes and reels
• External shoulders chamfered down to a point – the use of tape is not necessary and the board passes freely over the matrix
• Strong adhesion to the plate and no residue is left after removal
