This information is provided, pursuant to art. 13 GDPR 679/16 — “European Regulation on the protection of personal data”, to all those who access the site and/or who operate on it in their own name and/or in the name and on behalf of the customers of the company MITO srl. Data Source The simple consultation of the site does not in itself entail the collection or processing of users’ personal data, except for navigation data and cookies, for the relevance of which for privacy purposes please refer to the specific section. 4. Processing methods The processing of data for the purposes set out takes place both automatically, on electronic or magnetic support, and non-automated, on paper, in compliance with the rules of confidentiality and security provided for by law, consequent regulations and internal provisions. Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.

5. Recipients The personal data provided by users will be processed by MITO srl or by subjects appointed by the company as managers or appointees. They will also be communicated to third parties appointed to provide services related to the activities of the site and the execution of the contractual obligations assumed through them, who will provide for the storage of the same and their processing to allow the execution of the service entrusted to each of them.

7. Data transfer MITO srl does not transfer personal data to third countries or to international organizations. However, it reserves the right to use cloud services located within the European Union; in which case, the service providers will be selected from among those who provide adequate guarantees, as provided for by art. 46 GDPR 679/16.

8. Data retention MITO srl retains and processes personal data for the time strictly necessary to fulfil the purposes indicated. Subsequently, the personal data will be stored, and not further processed, for the time established by the current provisions on civil and tax matters.

9. Rights of the data subject The interested party may exercise the rights provided for by art. 15 — right of access, 16 — right to rectification, 17 — right to erasure, 18 — right to restriction of processing, 20 — right to portability, 21 — right to object, 22 — right to object to the automated decision-making process of GDPR 679/16, the data subject exercises his rights by writing to MITO srl at the address above, or by e-mail, specifying the subject of his request, the right he intends to exercise and attaching a photocopy of an identity document certifying the legitimacy of the request.

10. Confirmation and Withdrawal of Consent At the time of registration, the user is invited to read the information provided pursuant to GDPR 679/16 and to confirm consent to the processing of the data provided on that occasion, for the purposes described from time to time. This consent and the provision of the data marked as such must be considered mandatory in order to complete the registration on the site and the use of the services connected with the registration; Failure to provide data will not have consequences for the purposes of browsing the site, but it will not be possible to access the contents of the site itself, which may be reserved for registered users. The data subject may revoke any consent given at any time (art. 6 of GDPR 679/16). 13. Automated decision-making MITO srl does not carry out activities on the data subject to processing that consist of automated decision-making processes.
